David Collings, Co- Director of the Leadership and Talent Institute and Professor of Human Resources at DCU Business School, has been named one of the world’s Most Influential Thinkers in the area of Human Resource Management by HR Magazine for the third consecutive year.
David’s research and consulting has been hugely influential in the area of global mobility and talent management over recent years. A key focus of his work is on understanding how employees add value and how organisations can support key employee groups in generating sustainable performance.
The 2016 list was unveiled at an exclusive event in Claridge’s Hotel in London on 20th September. Speaking after the event, David Collings said:

Being recognised by one of the leading industry publications for my influence on HR practice is simply the greatest recognition I could hope for.
