Congratulations to DCU Business School academics and PhD students who have had best paper successes at the 18th Annual Irish Academy of Management conference, held in NUI Galway from 2-4 September 2015.
Specifically, the awards went to the following:
Mary Barrett (NUI Galway), Barbara Flood and Bernard Pierce for their paper entitled: ‘Management Accounting and Organisational Change: A Historical Perspective’ (Accounting, Finance & Corporate Governance track);
Grace Kenny and Regina Connolly for their paper entitled: ‘Unlocking the Potential of ICT in Healthcare, One Barrier At A Time: A Citizen Health Information Privacy Concern Perspective’ (Information Systems & Technology Management track);
Janine Bosak, Jeremy Dawson (Sheffield University Management School) and Patrick C. Flood for their paper entitled: ‘A mutuality approach to participative climate: An investigation of the impact of climate level and strength on employee wellbeing and hospital performance’ (Leadership and Organisational Behaviour track);
Vanessa Diaz, Eric Clinton and Catherine Faherty for their paper entitled: ‘The Influence of Time on the Innovative Behaviour of Family Firms: A Long-Term Perspective’ (Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management track).
